We are available via app, or we can communicate through phone messages/phone calls, whichever you are more comfortable with.

Our places features three bedrooms, including two conventional bedrooms and one loft/bedroom. The "Florida" room has been converted into a large bedroom. There are tracked curtains that make this loft private from the rest of the house. There is also a pond with live fish in the backyard. There is no swimming allowed in the pond.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 10 PM.

BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN

Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!

NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to help cover the cost of restoring the space to a smoke-free environment. Thank you for your cooperation.
