This bright, open-plan home is designed to maximize the stunning waterfront setting. Large windows fill the living area with natural light, while the cozy fireplace and striking spiral staircase add warmth and architectural charm.

The home features five beds, 4 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and plush bedding, making it ideal for families and groups traveling together. Central air conditioning and blackout shades ensure restful nights after full days of exploring the island and the shoreline.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to group dinners, and the coffee bar makes mornings easy before heading out to enjoy the water.

Work, Play & Relaxation:
Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for remote work or school. When it’s time to unwind, stream your favorite shows, turn on the record player, or relax by the fire.

Outside, enjoy one of the property’s most loved features — the private beachfront. Paddle out in a kayak, gather around the fire pit at sunset, or soak in the hot tub as the waves roll in.

This is a true PNW retreat — designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable waterfront memories.
The house is on septic, so please no more than 10 overnight guests are allowed.

Great location on the beach. Short distance from ferry. We enjoyed sitting on the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding and crabbing. Visited few restaurants and winery. Hiked and grandson fished (although he didn’t get a bite). Very relaxing vacation with the family.

We loved staying here. Very convenient to the ferry, shops, grocery. Loved the outside area on the beach. Had s’mores and a wonderful place to make memories.

Kitchen a little small but house had everything you would need. Awesome stay

Awesome little place with studio and hot tub loved it slept 6 adults comfortably... and two mini ponys better known as dogs.

This house worked well for our extended family (ages 3-92!). Nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub, the 3 kayaks and some of the yard games. Having the separate living space (apt.) allowed for easy naps for the toddler. There were issues with the doors to that unit, which is why we’re not giving it a 5 stars rating.
We love the easy beach access!
We enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. It was noisy sometimes.

Amazing house with incredible host!!

This property was perfect for my entire group. We had a really nice time. The hot tub was a huge bonus with the gorgeous view. The host was responsive and a great communicator and was very flexible! The house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful home on Whidbey!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this little treasure. Watching the ferries, kayaking on the water, making s’mores in the fire pit and just enjoying the view (even had a bald eagle sitting in the front yard on the driftwood!) created a great family vacation. Host could not have been nicer! Highly recommend.

Amazing property

Just an amazing weekend here! I loved everything about it. The location couldn't be better, the house itself was beautiful and the hot tub was such a treat.There were dog bowls, child locks, and a pack n play, and a bottle of wine and s'mores goodies ready to use!!! I stayed with my elderly parents, and my kids (1.5 and 4) and my dog. It was perfect. Could not recommend this place more! We will hopefully be back!!!

A Week on Whidbey Island

House was as described, although space was a bit limited for 6 adults, 3 children, a baby and a dog. Outdoor yards, decks and views were incomparable. House was well stocked. Host was friendly and responsive.

We just wrapped up a wonderful stay at this amazing home. The kids were enamored with the hot tub, sea glass walls on the beach, and the campfire pit. The house was perfectly clean and well equipped, and the owners were super responsive with any inquiry. We loved it- definitely going down as one of our top Spring Break trips! Thank you!

Beautiful waterfront cottage

We truly enjoyed our stay here and found the house very well-stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the hot tub was a lovely perk, and the views and waterfront access are fantastic. Even though it's directly across from the ferry dock, the noise and traffic wasn't an issue in Dec/Jan when we were there. One note is that if you're traveling with anything close to the listed maximum people in the listing, you may find the floor space of the home a bit tight. The kitchen is well-stocked but not large.

Whidbey Wonder

Great house on the water, close to ferry and Langley. The owners were great hosts, the home was beautifully decorated , very comfortable, dog friendly with plenty of outdoor space . There is a gas fire pit on the deck, a wood fire pit by the water and a large table on the back deck to have dinner. It also has a hot tub, volleyball net and kayaks. We liked it so much that we will consider going back for another family vacation.

A week on Whidbey

We had a lovely stay at this home on Whidbey. The first two nights were a little rough though with overnight paving work going on next door at the ferry port. But inside the house, it was pleasant and relaxing with a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. The weather was hot for our week’s stay so we were very grateful for the AC. We didn’t partake of the hot tub which would be nice in the cooler months, but we made good use of the kayaks and fire pit. All in all, despite the heat and construction next door, we would stay again.

Convenient getaway!

This property was perfect for our 9 extended family members to share! The house had everything we needed, is nicely updated, and has the right amount of space and privacy inside and great outdoor spaces, including a great beach and spacious yard! Communication with attentive and friendly owners was easy. The fact that it’s next to the ferry terminal worried me ahead of time because I expected some inconvenient traffic and noise, but, aside from an occasional loud motorcycle or truck, it wasn’t bad at all. Would highly recommend!

Island Adventure

This home is very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, many fun outdoor and indoor toys, plenty of towels, blankets and outdoor furniture. The location is very convenient to the ferry. It was fun watching it come and go. We appreciated how dog friendly the home was. The beach is wonderful! Also the neighbors were very friendly, even helping us out when one of our cars had a dead battery. I highly recommend this home.

A gem!

What an amazing house close to Clinton, Langley and a short drive to Coupeville. This house was so clean, well equipped for family and friends and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Extra bonuses were the hot tub, Kirsten the amazing host who had donuts delivered to us, and the outdoor spaces for our pups. We can’t wait to come back during warm weather to enjoy kayaking and additional time outdoors. Thanks for the great New Year memories!
