The large amazing outdoor space offers plenty for everyone in the group to enjoy. The welcoming 16x38 pool and 5 person hot tub are sure to provide hours of fun. Along with the outdoor bar and kitchen and outdoor sitting area, you might not want to leave. Grab your phone and hook up to the outdoor sound system! The large fenced-in yard is perfect for events or a space for your dog to explore. Fill up the coolers with the commercial-grade ice machine at this home.

On the inside of the home, you'll find features unlike any other such as the largest private theater room on the Outer Banks, a dedicated fitness room, and a children's room with a play area all on the same level. On the top level, you'll find ample space with an open living room and dining area near a wonderful gourmet kitchen. Backyard Event Area/First Level
After a day at the beach, that's within walking distance, take a shower at one of the outdoor showers. Spend the rest of the evening enjoying the 16x38 outdoor pool and 5 person hot tub. There is no reason to even go in the house with the outdoor bar and kitchen here. Enjoy your dinner under the covered patio and outdoor seating area. Challenge your friends and family to a game of ping pong. The fenced yard is perfect for events or as a play area for the dogs. Elevator access is also available on this level. Inside, there are two stackable washer and dryers if you are wanting fresh beach towels each day!

Enter on the second level and unwind instantly with modern decor and amenities. There is more fun to be had on this level with an arcade and recreation room with pool table and wet bar, The younger kids have their own playroom here! Later in the evening, grab the popcorn for family night in the theater room. For those that hate missing out on working out while on vacation, there is an exercise room on this level. This will help work off the tons of local delicious seafood you eat! For sleeping, choose between 3 King En Suites all with oceanside deck access and one that is wheelchair accessible. There is another King En Suite on this level that has both oceanside AND soundside access. For convenience, there is a washer and dryer on this level as well

One of the King En Suites is wheelchair accessible. Whoever is lucky to stay in these rooms will experience a great level of comfort. Fourth Level
The fourth level of Solara is an open floor plan that includes a Living Room with an electric fireplace. There is plenty of room for cooking up delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry along with island seating for six. There are two dining tables here, one with 14 seats and another with 12 seats. Grab a drink at the custom-built boat bar with seating for 6. For more relaxation, check out the separate seating area with ocean views. In the morning, grab your coffee and head out to one of the two covered decks, one of which is oceanfront, and enjoy an amazing sunrise. For added convenience, there is a half bathroom up here and elevator access. The question of the day will be Who gets to Sleep in the Grand King En Suite (sitting area with fireplace, walk-in closet, and grand bathtub) that has deck access?

Pets: Solara is pet-friendly! For a limited time, pets stay free! Bring up to two dogs. No cats or other animals.

Heated Pool: Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

The private heated pool is open from April 1st to November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round and cleaned weekly. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. No pets allowed in pools.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
