Dear Andrew, Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Our office did accommodate your first request to move the dates of your reservation. You were offered the travelers insurance to protect your vacation investment. This was decline by you. Therefore the travelers insurance would have provided an opportunity for you to file a claim to seek your funds back. Unfortunately, the weather is not something anyone wants to be inconvenienced by nor can it be prevented. We are still truly sorry that the snow storm prevented your vacation. We hope that you would give us another opportunity to hist you in the future. Thank you~ KEES Vacations

Hi Nancy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on VRBO regarding the home you rented. KEES puts safety as a priority and our inspection team has a pre-arrival step to make sure items like this are addressed. If something is missed, we ask to be notified immediately. Had we known these items were a challenge or a safety measure was missed by one of our inspectors, we would have gladly assisted. This is not an experience we want for any of our guest to have during their stay with us. We do truly apologize for the inconvenience of all of these issues. KEES Vacations
