4 Season cozy cottage on a beautiful big lot steps away from your semi-private dock on Balsam Lake. 1.5 hours from Toronto and 5 minutes to beautiful Balsam Lake Provincial Park. Summer scenic hiking trails, a beautiful and clean beach with swimming, picnic areas and a kids playground. Winter offers snowshoeing, snowmobiling and ice fishing. We provide our guests with a provincial park pass for unlimited day use throughout your stay for one car during the open season.

The cottage comes fully equipped with pots/pans/utensils/dishes.

IMPORTANT: No bedding (sheets/pillowcases/linens) or towels are provided. Guests are required to bring their own. Only dish towels and duvets will be provided.

You can access a boat launch at the Provincial Park and if you have a smaller boat use our boat lift. Access steps away from the house.

Guest access
You and your guests will have access to the entire cottage as well as a semi-private dock with a boat lift and slide in the summer months.
