Blue Point Cottage by Exuma Exclusives - a 1,000 sq.ft. two bedroom cottage, located directly on Exuma's most famous beach, Tropic of Cancer Beach (protected by islands and on theAtlantic side of the island, approximately 40 minutes from the GGT Airport).

In shades of cream, white, and linen, Blue Point Cottage is a destination filled with fresh intimacy. This cottage exudes refined simplicity that affords a graceful space in which to deeply enjoy your seaside vacation. The sweetest cottage on the island, Blue Point is unmatched in its ability to ensure coziness after swimming, sand between toes,moments.

Blue Point Cottage is an intimate getaway with two bedrooms, its own patio with an outdoor sectional, grilling area, hot tub, as well as beachfront sun deck, giving you magical views of the turquoise waters of Exuma as well as Turtle Island. Turtle island offers gentle protection from the crashing waves of the ocean, providing Tropic of Cancer with calm and relaxing waters. With relatively calm waters, the area is great for swimming and exploring the islandson the cottage'skayaks. The beach is sandy all year round and stretches for 2 km's making it ideal for sunrise/sunset walks or runs.

You’re in for a treat! There are so many things to experience in Exuma and the Cays - there is something for everyone. By booking an Exuma Exclusives home, you can be confident you’ll receive the highest level of customer service before, during, and after your trip to Exuma. Our expert local property management teams can assist you with any aspects of your stay including, but not limited to: grocery delivery, chefs and local caterers, rental vehicles, excursions (such as visiting the swimming pigs!), babysitting services, fishing recommendations, and any other local recommendations or assistance you need. They have a wealth of knowledge about the island and are committed to ensuring you enjoy all Exuma has to offer - hassle free.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:
- Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.
- Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.
- Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).
- Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:
No parties. No exceeding guest count on property. Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings. Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer. Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules. Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
