Get away from it all in this charming updated Monarch Beach condo with king bed, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and covered patio overlooking pleasant green space. Tastefully decorated and comfortable with gas fireplace to warm the cooler evenings. This quiet spot in the community enjoys direct gentle ocean breezes. Stroll over to Monarch Links golf course and nearby restaurants and shops. Walk through the dedicated, scenic golf course trail or drive straight down three blocks to stunningly beautiful Salt Creek Beach and the Ritz Carlton. Stay for a month for about the weekly rates of the neighboring Waldorf or Ritz Carlton. Lots of drawer and storage space for all your personal items. A/C and central heat provided. Professionally cleaned.

A special property

We have stayed in many vacation rentals in this area for our month long annual vacation. This one has been the best. This unit is positioned such that is catches a wonderful sea breeze right through the front door. The unit is well equipped, comfortable, and a nice size. A great back patio. The best streaming tv setup we have had. The complex is gated, guarded and well maintained. Adequate parking, which is unusual in a beach area. A great walk to the beautiful salt creek beach. The host, Mary Ann, was outstanding. Immediately reaponded to our inquiries with helpful information. We will definitely be back!

Beach Get Away

Staying at this property was a wonderful retreat. It's minutes from the beach and walkable to restaurants, a market and coffee shops. With a pool and two hot tubs, one with spectacular views we truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect in all ways!

From check in to check out everything we could ever need or want was there. Any questions we had were responded to immediately. The condo is very comfortable and located in a beautiful gated community , close to the beach and the lovely town of Dana Point.

Great location!

Loved the location of this condo! The king size bed was comfortable as was the surrounding space. The condo was well supplied and the managers were very responsive. The unit needs some upgrading as it's beginning to show its age.

Sweet little home away from home.

This nicely appointed and welcoming one-bedroom condo provided a comfortable and well-stocked home away from home for me while my own home nearby was undergoing renovations. The owners of the property are easy to contact and responsive to questions or concerns.

Wonderful Dana Point Condo

This a beautiful condo located in an ideal setting. The condo itself had everything we needed for a truly perfect vacation. The location was perfect; only 5 minuets to Monarch Beach and golf nearby. The owner of the property could not have more helpful and responsive to any question or need we had. This property is a real gem! and our experience was was so great, we will be returning again next year!

Condo was centrally located. Close to all good restaurants and grocery shopping. Your dinning options are many, full of good food. Great bed, plenty of supplies. Would rent again.

A great location and comfortable place

I used the condo as a home base for working remotely while in OC for business. Dana Point is a great area is Salt Creek Beach is one of the best in the area. The condo was the perfect size for me as a single individual "working from home" during the day and I have already made plans to return. Dale (owner) was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, well maintained, tastefully furnished and had all the basic supplies one would expect. The only very minor issue other potential guests might consider is distance to the beach. It is about a 15-20 min walk from the condo (cutting through the golf course) to get to the beach. Personally I enjoyed this walk and did it almost every evening after work, but others might find it cumbersome.

Great Long Term Stay

My mother in law stayed here for a month while her new home was being finished and it was a very comfortable and lovely stay for her. We live close to the unit and so it was nice for her to have her own quiet get away. The owners and manager were very responsive and kind. Would recommend to all.
