I love the location of property. Host was very responsive to needs and worked fast and hard to handle the minor hiccups we experienced.

Property offers many benefits, particularly it’s location is both walking distance to the beach and to the main street in town. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms modern, the kitchen is well equipped, and the family lounge upstairs is very large and comfortable.The management company was terrific and responded promptly to any concern we had, which were few. My family would definitely return to the property in the future.

Great location! We could walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. My daughter lives a block away which was also great! Comfortable beds, clean, would recommend.

Excellent communication beforehand and throughout. The location is PERFECT!!!! Walking distance to everything downtown as well as the beach. The property is incredibly clean and modern with lots of space. Will definitely stay there again when we come to visit family.

Fabulous townhome with walking distance to shops, restaurant and beaches. Super easy to walk down the hill to the pier and beaches, and when we didn't feel like walking back up the hill, the trolley had a stop right out in front of the townhome on Del Mar. Spacious and clean home, had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked, great grill to use too. Parking is spacious, one car garage but spaces in driveway for two more cars if needed. We only had one car. I would stay here again many times over.
