Master Suite: King bed, sleeps 2, 52” TV *Note this room is closest to the backyard. If you are sensitive to noise you may want to choose another room.

Disclaimer: This home is backed up to a street. While this offers more privacy from neighbors it does create some road noise especially during work commute hours.

No Garage access. Parking is driveway only.
House Rules:

-Must be 30 or over to book.

-This is a totally non-smoking property. Smoking anywhere on premise, indoor or outdoor, will result in the complete loss of security deposit.

-We strictly abide the good neighbor policy. Your full security deposit will be at risk if we have an incident with the police or neighbors. Absolutely no street parking, excessive noise, music or parties are allowed at this property. Outdoor quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Outdoor surveillance and noise protection monitoring are in use at this property. *Ring doorbell, backyard pool area ring flood light and decibel monitor.

-We are sorry but we DO NOT ALLOW animals of any kind at the property. The Owner has severe allergies to pet dander and per hair. Therefore there is a “No Pet” policy in place for this property. The law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/ assistance animal for medical or metal purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the law.

No events, parties or large gatherings.

**Stays booked for longer than 2 weeks will include a complimentary bi-monthly cleaning service.

** The thermostat is set to a range of no lower than 73 during peak heat months to avoid the AC overloading.
