The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

During peak season, you may be relocated to a similar-quality apartment with prior notice.

House Rules and Policies

To ensure all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:

Cleanliness and Care
Please respect the property and leave it clean upon departure.
Do not move furniture, and report any damages during your stay.
Excessive messiness or dirtiness may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Food and Scent Policy
Refrain from consuming strongly scented foods (e.g., durian, curry) inside the room to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. Avoid disruptive behavior during this time.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $200 charge deducted from the security deposit.
Parties and Events
No parties or events are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $300 fee for any evidence of gatherings.
Pets
Pets are not allowed to ensure a clean and comfortable space for all guests.
Lockout and Lost Key Fees
Lockout assistance:
$50 fee between 9 AM - 5 PM
$100 fee between 5 PM - 10 PM
No assistance available after 10 PM.
Lost key replacement incurs a $200 fee.
Illegal Activities
The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rental fees, and contact with authorities.

Access to on-site facilities is subject to availability and maintenance schedules. Please follow posted rules and guidelines.
