The home is equipped with ceiling fans in all bedrooms for added comfort, a TV with a built-in DVD player, and a washing machine for your convenience. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a separate toilet, and there’s an internal laundry to make your stay even easier. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s plenty of room to park a boat if needed.

This is a privately owned holiday home that the owners have graciously opened to the public, allowing guests to experience an authentic Evans Head lifestyle. Please note, this property is not a serviced apartment and hotel-style amenities or services are not provided. Additionally, the single lock-up garage and garden shed are not available for guest use.
