Located just 2 km from the historic township of Lyndoch, at the gateway to the Barossa Valley, this spacious two-bedroom guest house is the perfect escape for couples, families, and friends. Guests can enjoy modern comforts including reverse-cycle air conditioning, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Relax in the open-plan living and dining area with a large L-shaped couch, cozy cushions, board games, and books. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished — one with a queen bed and split-system air conditioning, the other bedroom has a bunk bed (double below, single above).

Unwind outdoors in the large grassed entertaining space, complete with an accessible pool, BBQ, fire pit and outdoor seating. Kangaroos and native birds are regular visitors, adding to the Barossa experience.

The property offers step-free entry, handrails in the bathroom and a pool hoist, making it welcoming for guests with mobility needs. Parking is free and check-in/out is hassle-free.

The host was truly exceptional, so welcoming and incredibly responsive. The serenity of the property was just perfect. I’d also like to clarify something from a previous review: it’s not true that you need to walk through the main bedroom to access the second bedroom. There is a separate entrance, along with an internal sliding door that can be left open between the two spaces, which is perfect if you’re traveling with a young child. We had the pool entirely to ourselves, and the host was kind enough to allow our family to visit for the day as well. We had an amazing time and felt completely at home throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a truly memorable experience.

The property was very comfortable, clean and nice and quiet, but we were surprised to find you had to go through the main bedroom to get to the second one. Also, the second bedroom had no window in it. We found the nylon sheets uncomfortable.
