In the colder months, you 'll have the option of snuggling in by a cozy wood stove with a book (or to binge a series). There is no better place to be durning a snow storm with a great selection of records and games.

In the summer, you are all set with a deck and dining space, a Weber grill to BBQ, and once the trees fill in the backyard offers a private oasis.

Coffee is nice on front porch, where 2 comfy chairs await!

The main floor boasts an open concept kitchen, living room, dining banquet lots of comfy seating and the wood stove makes is the most perfect place to hang out. Off this area is the entrance/den where you can read, relax and enjoy the little library for guests.

The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one king and one queen) along with a full bathroom, recently renovate with tub and shower.

The lower level bedroom offers privacy and an ensuite with shower. The laundry room (which clean, sufficient but not fancy) separate the lower level bedroom with the movie room.

All bedding is quality - endy mattresses, feather duvets and beautiful linens.

While not located right downtown, (10 to 15 min walk) the West End neighbourhood is in the heart of a lovely area with lots of pubs, butchers, coffee, groceries, bakeries and anything you need! It's also one of the safest areas in Halifax and the neighbours are the best!

Parking is available on the street, however the driveway has space for 2 cars.
