We guarantee that as soon as you walk in the door you will feel relaxed and at home. This unit has been professionally designed and organized. No details have been overlooked when creating this space for our guests.

Guests have the option of renting the upper unit as well as the lower unit. This will give the guests 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in bonus room.
Please note that with every shared home, there is always potential for noise. This home is located in a brand new neighborhood with other homes still being built.

We provide everything you need and are always willing to assist in anyway. We provide fresh linens and towels, keurig, tea, condiments, toiletries, and your basic essentials upon your arrival.

We love pets, but due to allergies of other guests we are unable to host them.
The home is equipped with exterior doorbell camera on upper unit door which records and is visible - for your protection and ours.
Kindly let Host know if children/baby items are required as they are readily available but not kept on site at all times.

This house is beautiful. Everything you could need or want is available.Annie responded to all conversations very quickly.There was plenty of space throughout so you are never tripping over each other.The house is so nice my wife wants to move to Edmonton.

We had a lovely stay! The home is beautiful with many cute touches. They offer tea and coffee and a few snacks, which was a nice treat! Really easy to communicate, and will be looking to stay again in the future!

Beautiful, luxury accommodations

We were four old friends meeting together for a milestone birthday. This home was in a neighbourhood that felt safe, was clean and new inside, and none of the amenities were leftovers, as is sometimes seen in home rentals. The kitchen was well equipped, and beds were comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this home, and would stay here again in a heartbeat if looking to stay in the Edmonton area with a group. Only thing that could make it better is a backyard/deck/patio area to enjoy a warm evening outside. But as this is a brand new neighbourhood and home, I suspect that is something that will be coming in the future.

Exceptional Host and Stay!
