Amazing experience! This villa has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The view from the deck is breathtaking and a must with your morning coffee. The pool is so relaxing . It’s a short drive to Hunting Island beach. I found my first sand dollar ever. Actually 3. 😃 I will absolutely return here! 🏖️

Our recent stay at this beautiful villa was nothing short of exceptional. We traveled with our extended family, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like the ideal retreat for relaxation, fun, and quality time together.The location couldn’t be better — nestled right on the edge of a scenic golf course and just steps from a sparkling pool, it truly offered the best of both worlds. Mornings began with serene water views of Jenkins Creek and ended with spectacular sunsets that painted the sky. One of our favorite pastimes was watching the local birdlife, especially the majestic blue heron our granddaughters affectionately named “Bob Jeremiah.”The home itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for family meals, and the gas grill made for easy, laid-back cookouts — burgers and hot dogs were a hit!Evenings were reserved for game nights, and this house delivered! We especially enjoyed playing the Headband Game, Toss Up and Charades — lots of laughter and unforgettable memories.The back porch offered a peaceful, private retreat where we could unwind while taking in the natural beauty around us. Just steps away, the dock provided a perfect spot for birdwatching and soaking in the tranquil views of the water and marsh.We also loved how conveniently located the villa was to fantastic dining and attractions. Lady’s Dockside quickly became our go-to spot — the fresh seafood, warm service, and cornbread were top-notch! Local gems like the Kazoo Museum and Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf were fun and easy outings for the whole family.One of the biggest highlights was spending time at the beach on Hunting Island, with complimentary access provided by the owners. We spent hours swimming, flying kites, and just enjoying the pristine shoreline.This home truly had everything we needed for an unforgettable Lowcountry vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, scenic, and family-friendly getaway!

Great stay! Very helpful! Would stay again.

Couldn’t be more convenient to golf course, pool, etc. I left something valuable at the rental. Cleaning crew was honest and reported to the manager. She was quick to help by having it picked up and shipped back to me. Was a big help! Thank you!

We had the opportunity to stay here at the beginning of June. Wow! We are still talking about the attention to detail. Every time we were in a different room, we would notice all the touches that make this place feel like home. Carefully appointed, it was clean & spacious, and it certainly made us feel like we were on vacation! The owners prepared this home to feel welcoming, and we ended up leaving our time on Dataw Island feeling like family. It was a wonderful stay!

I just had to take a moment to rave about my recent stay at the absolutely stunning waterfront home on Dawtaw Island, a part of the intercoastal waterway, in beautiful Beaufort, SC and I knew I had to share the jaw-dropping experience with you! This place is like a hidden gem of pure luxury and serenity—seriously like something out of a dreamy travel magazine.From the moment I arrived, greeted by your very own private security team at the gates, I was blown away by the incredible amenities that this place has to offer. Let's start with the home and it’s owners; perfection. Cleanliness and thoughtful comforts definitely take priority. The poolside services—impeccable! The staff was so attentive, making sure every little detail was perfect, from refreshing cold towels to delicious drink choices that hit the spot every single time. Food and snacks were top-notch as well! I felt like royalty lounging by the pool.Then there are the clubs and restaurants on the island, which took the dining experience to an entirely new level. Each dish was a flavor explosion, and the ambiance was simply divine. It was so nice to have such amazing options without even leaving the island. And oh, the Pickleball courts were a definite highlight! Endless fun out there, and a great way to soak up the gorgeous sunshine while getting a little competitive spirit going. If you’re an avid golfer; talk about a breathtaking track, among the top in the U.S.What really captured my soul, though, was the rich and enchanting history of Dawtaw Island itself. Every corner of the island seemed to whisper tales of days gone by, which added such an incredible layer to the whole experience. Walking through the area felt like stepping back in time, but with all the comforts of modern luxury right at hand.I must say, the view from the back porch of the villa itself, overlooking Jenkins Creek, was like something straight out of a dream. Each morning, I had the pleasure of waking up to the breathtaking scenery—an artist's palette of colors in the sky mirrored in the tranquil water. Honestly, words can't do it justice. And the best part? Charming coastal retreat

We stayed for a three day weekend at this exquisite home on Dataw Island. Nestled among the towering oaks and overlooking Jenkins Creek, the home provided the perfect balance of coastal chic and relaxation.The interior of the home is tastefully decorated with cool coastal tones that completed the surrounding beauty. The spacious living area offers panoramic views of the creek, allowing us to watching the changing tides, the occasional kayaker passing by and even dolphins! The living room itself features several plush seating options with the sofa turning into a full sleeper, should additional sleeping accommodations be needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for cooking and the addition of the breakfast bar made it easy to enjoy meals together. It is clear that the owners thought of everything one could need when staying in the home. Our favorite part was the outdoor deck which we took full advantage of in the mornings and evenings. The home features two master bedrooms and a smaller bedroom space with two twins beds. While we did not have a party large enough to utilize all the sleeping spaces it was nice to have a peaceful place to rest at the end of the day. Our room featured a king size bed with soft linens and an en suite with stocked amenities. Overall the accommodation exceeded our expectations. It provided all the comforts of home, but with the added bonus of an idyllic location on Dataw island. It was the perfect space for exploring the island, enjoying the poolside amenities, golf, pickleball and tennis. The home also has golf cart rentals through the island allowing you to explore the natural beauty of the various trails. You also have the ability to come and go from the island to historic downtown Beaufort. The owners have provided various recommendations and suggestions for what to see while you are in the area. We definitely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back!

Amazing Villa and Views!

Loved watching the tide go in and out on the back deck! Absolutely amazing views of the water!! Exceptional decor with such an elegant touch! Loved the coastal feel of the villa!!! Pool is just a short walk away! Such a peaceful place! Loved having the beach pass to Hunting Island! A beautiful place to spend the day on the beach or fishing on the pier and only a short drive from Dataw Island. Really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again!!
