The only thing that I would say is the bathroom could be a little bigger. But the room for my purpose was good. The room was sufficient for me. I also asked if they had other places to rent closer to the beach.

Hi Louis, thank you for your review! We are glad to see the room was good for you. Thank you for your suggestion. We do manage over 300 different properties, some that are closer to the beach and also oceanfront. We hope to host you again in the future!

I think the place is more geared towards fishermen. It was very basic which was fine as we only stayed one night. The room has an odor when we arrived which was corrected once we started the a/c and ran it. It seemed to smell of stale air. We got seafood to bring back to the room and sat out on the dock and watched the sunset - it was beautiful. For the price, this was a good choice.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you found the accommodations to be a good value for your stay and that you were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset from the dock. We appreciate you mentioning the stale-air odor upon arrival and are pleased to hear that running the A/C quickly resolved it. Your comments are valuable to us as we continue working to provide a comfortable experience for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay!

The room was basically clean. A couple of stray socks under the bed though, leads me to believe it was a quick clean. The coffee maker needed a thorough cleaning. I wouldn’t use it. The batteries had to be flipped to work the remote for the tv. Other than that the room was very nice, with a wonderful quaint view. We enjoyed our stay very much.
