We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and would 10/10 recommend this property to others!

Everything was sparkling clean and totally stocked with all the kitchen goodies you could ever need! Plus, it's super close to all the local hotspots, like just an 8-minute drive from our absolute favorite coffee and bagel place, Higher Grounds!

Perfect location. Beach short drive away New construction-very clean. Excellent communication with host. Will definitely stay here again when in outer banks. Loved everything about this trip.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this property! The unit was extremely clean, modern, spacious, and beautifully updated. All of the fixtures and finishes felt new, and there was plenty of room for our family, including lots of closet space to unpack and put everything away.The hosts were wonderful and even allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Having a garage was also a huge bonus—we were able to keep all of our beach chairs and sandy items downstairs instead of bringing everything into the unit.The location was perfect, only about 10 minutes from the beach, even with traffic, and close enough that you could easily walk there. The unit was also very well stocked with everything we needed, including paper towels, toilet paper, and other essentials, so we didn't have to worry about anything when we arrived.Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The property was comfortable, convenient, spotless, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again

Four adults stayed here The home appeared clean upon entry. More seating or an additional chair in the living area would be nice for adults. Our only complaint was the stairs and the amount of stairs in this unit. Not advisable for anyone with knee or back issues. We felt the stairs were very awkward. I’m not sure it’s an ideal place for anyone with small children. Aside from that, the two on suite bedrooms were just right for our stay.

Clean, pet friendly, large area for smaller family! Lots of steep stairs so if small children I’d suggest bringing an extra gate or two!

This property was perfect for my five night stay including four adults. Very clean, convenient, and lots of things included with the property. Loved having beach chairs included and garage to park in. This is the cleanest and nicest rental property I have stayed in all the years I have been to the OBX. Highly recommend.

Very clean three-story end unit townhome, spacious garage with plenty of storage, brand new complex not built long ago. In the back of a quiet neighborhood. So many windows and natural light in this place. Loved the front porch off the living room. Everything was brand new, quality linens, and toiletries provided. Host was easy to contact and answered any questions ahead of time. Check-in process was easy.
