SEASTAR MOONTA is a spacious beachfront 3 level Apartment that accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. Overlooking the beautiful Simms Cove with direct access to the beach, plenty of room for the kids, free Wifi and the added bonus of being dog friendly.

Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and stove top, microwave, dishwasher, mini air-fryer, kettle, toaster, electric frypan, sandwich press. Dining are with table/chairs, amazing sea views, access to the balcony.
Living area has a 3 seater lounge with matching 2 single chairs, 2 seater lounge with matching 2 single chairs, smart TV, dvd player, coffee table, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, access to the balcony with table and chairs.

Level 1:
Undercover outdoor paved area with outdoor setting, flat top gas BBQ, enclosed outdoor combined bathroom/laundry with shower, w/c, top loading washing machine and laundry trough.

Main entrance to Apartment.

Bedroom 1 with queen bed, large TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower and w/c.

Ground floor:

Rear paved outdoor area with table/chair, walkway to beach. You can access the rear area via bedroom 2 or walk down the side of the house.

Pillows and quilts/doonas are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels.

Located on the shores of Spencer Gulf, Moonta is around 168 kilometres from Adelaide. It's beaches and jetty make this township a real draw card for families, holiday makers and fishermen alike.

DOG FRIENDLY - At Seastar Moonta we understand that pets are family too, so feel free to bring your furry friends (dogs only) along to enjoy the beachside experience but note the yard is not fenced. Please arrange with office staff - an extra $100 refundable pet bond will be required and will be added manually when booking is processed.

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$550 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$450 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$400 per night
