*The area is well-connected via Lake Road, a main route for cars and buses, ensuring smooth travel. On some roads there are dedicated cycle lanes, and the option of the green route beside the inner harbour makes walking and biking safe and convenient.
*The nearby bus stop (400m) is on the Takapuna to Bayswater route. To Bayswater Wharf for the ferry to the CBD, to Takapuna off peak, or all the way to the CBD in peak hours.
*The 814 bus between Takapuna and Devonport runs along Lake Rd, 1km walk away. The Uber ride service has plenty of drivers in this area.
