*The nearby bus stop (400m) is on the Takapuna to Bayswater route. To Bayswater Wharf for the ferry to the CBD, to Takapuna off peak, or all the way to the CBD in peak hours.
*The 814 bus between Takapuna and Devonport runs along Lake Rd, 1km walk away. The Uber ride service has plenty of drivers in this area.
