Nestled directly across from the sparkling Guadalupe River on scenic River Road, this spacious 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and rustic charm, designed with families and groups in mind. Whether you're here to tube, grill, relax, or reconnect, Currents & Cattle delivers a vacation experience like no other.

Just steps from your front door, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the Guadalupe River, shared with only two neighboring homes. There’s plenty of riverside space to spread out, relax, swim, or launch your tubes for a full day on the water!

🏡 The Home
Upstairs features 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and private patio access. Downstairs, the guest bedroom also features a king bed, while the upstairs kid’s loft is a total hit with two full-over-full bunk beds, a foosball table, and their own bathroom. The best part? A hidden “secret closet” complete with giant bean bags, a flat screen TV, and gaming system—a cozy hideaway for the kids (or kids at heart)!

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (24 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 10 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
