Apartment located downtown Charlottetown with large fenced in yard and deck. BBQ and outdoor seating as well as a fire pit. Large queen bedroom with double closet, full bathroom with all necessities provided. Private laundry, equipped kitchen and living room with futon and Wifi Tv including Netflix, Hayu etc. Keypad entry for easy check in.

nestled in the dowtown area, was this cute little rental unit. first thing we saw when entering was the fresh flowers and homemade wine, which was very good! we appreciated the space we had which included a laundry room and covered deck. The area is very quiet and close to everything we needed. If we were to come to PEI again, i would be happy to rent from Shanda again!

Apartment comes exactly as advertised. Clean, on a nice street, close to downtown. Good communication with Shanda (and Peter! Thanks for the restaurant recommendation!). Neighbours were also very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Charlottetown.

Place was in a great location and the dogs loved the backyard area/patio area to hangout.

First visit to PEI

We had no idea what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. .Although the building was older it was very clean and had everything we could want to make the stay enjoyable. . Everywhere was very clean and tidy, parking was ample since we had a dedicated parking space. There was a deck area with BBQ which we used and found worked very well. The unit was very well equipped with all the essentials to make the stay excellent. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit PEI. it is very close to downtown Charlottetown and well placed for touring the island which we did. Our thanks to the Host if we visit PEI again we would look to stay here

Great central place to stay in Charlottetown

The accommodations are exactly as advertised, good communication with hosts, well-stocked kitchen. The door to the main house is right outside the bedroom so we could hear the hosts at times. Has everything you need and is very walkable to central Charlottetown. We really enjoyed our stay.
