This stunning studio is located on a tree-lined street adjacent to Queen Street. It has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym facility.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. There is everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a toaster, kettle, electric stove, cookware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and dinnerware.
A balcony to chill and relax in the living and dining area. A comfortable 2-seater sofa, 43-inch smart TV, Freeview channels, free unlimited fibre Wifi, and a dining table with chairs.
Deluxe comfortable bed. Each apartment has high-quality, hotel-standard linens, towels, and blankets. We also prepare an iron and ironing board/steamer iron and cloth hangers for the guests.
The bathroom has bath towels, hand towels, and a hairdryer. Guest amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. There are also a private in-unit washing machine and dryer.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes, mugs, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook a meal. We also prepare tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper and cooking oil.
Guest Access:
Guests have the whole apartment alone and access the In-Building Pool, Sauna, and Gym on level 1. There's also an open-air backyard for the guests to chill and relax
The Neighborhood:
We will send clear and detailed self-check-in instructions one day before check-in.

Getting Around:
The apartment is in the Auckland city center. Therefore, walking will be the easiest way and most cost-efficient way to get around.

There are a couple of options for parking
1. We have limited on-site parking for rent in the apartment building (there are only a few spots, so we only take advance bookings if they are still available). The cost is $25 per day.
2. STREET PARKING
-Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm 0-2 hours :$ 4 per hour, 2 hours+: $7 per additional hour
-Weekends and public holidays 8 am - 6 pm 0-2 hours :$ 2.50 per hour, 2 hours+: $4 per additional hour
-Overnight: 6pm - 8am $2 per hour
3. Wilson Parking (89 Greys Avenue, 3mins walk from the apartment)
Usual Hour: $18 per 12 hours.
4. Civic Car Park (299 Queen Street, 5mins walk from the apartment).
5. Grand Millennium Parking with Parkable APP (71 Mayoral Drive, 2 mins walk from the apartment)
7 days available - $3.50 per hour or $16 max per 24 hours.
Please kindly note that this is not a brand-new property. While we always do our best to maintain and present it in the best possible condition, some normal signs of use may be visible from time to time, such as minor marks, small scratches on small area of the walls. These are normal wear and tear and do not affect the comfort, safety, or functionality of the stay. We appreciate your understanding.
The swimming pool, sauna, gym, elevator and garage gate are managed and maintained by the building management and body corporate. If any shared facility becomes temporarily unavailable during your stay due to maintenance, repairs etc, this is outside of our control and we are unable to guarantee continuous access or take responsibility. Those situations are very rare, but we would still like guests to be awared of in advance.
The amenities like toilet paper rolls , rubbish bags , dishwasher / laundry capsules… were provide as a welcome package , after using all of them the guest need to buy some more by themselves depending on different usage. We appreciate your understanding!
