We loved the apartment is exactly as described, very clean and easy to access, and it is right around the corner from the beach, and we walked to get food and gelato just around the corner as well. The host was very sweet and helpful.

Clean and lovely furnishings. Great spot.Close to beach ,local cafe (excellent),bus line into city. Which is fabulous and cheap.Lovely easy walk round to St Heliers for more shops ,cafes ,supermarket and Restaurants. Would definitely stay again when visiting Auckland. Better than expected ,all round beauty.

Perfect spot, top notch space

The place is very nice and the location is awesome. Spotless. You can see the water from the back patio door. Owners are very helpful and accommodating.Note that you can’t park on the property but it doesn’t matter as street parking is right there, very open.

Exceptional deluxe 1 bedroom apartment

This is a beautiful property exactly as the listing. We arrived exhausted from the Uk and fell into the most comfortable bed and had the first good nights sleep since leaving the Uk four days earlier. The beach is really close and we enjoyed a lovely stroll to mission bay on our first morning. Ideally located for easy access to Auckland city centre. We used Ubers approx £10 each way. Maureen and John checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Exceptional care and attention to detail

This lovely place exceeded our expectations. Not only was it impeccably clean, the quality of the linens and furnishings really made the difference, making this stay feel like a real treat. The hosts are wonderful in every way. This place is a real gem, quiet and peaceful while being right in the heart of the delightful beachside community. Very peaceful. Endless places to enjoy a good coffee or a meal. This will be our top place to stay when we are in Auckland. Loved it.

Lovely apartment by the beach

We had a great stay by Kohi beach. The town had a very relaxing vibe and many small restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops etc. The hosts were friendly and the apartment was very clean. Well stocked kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed (could use a firmer pillow but that’s a personal preference) and the onsite laundry was a lifesaver for us traveling long term.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. Kohi beach is right around the corner with plenty of restaurants and the beach walk. The place had everything we needed.

Ideal location

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Maureen and John were great hosts and alway eager to help. The house was clean and had all the amenities a person could need. The beach is right around the corner and there are many restaurants and shops with in walking distance as well as a nearby bus stops. Can’t wait to come back soon.

The property was very well kept, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Some chocolates and a bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived, very nice. Our host checked in by phone or message a couple of time to make sure everything was okay. Great property, nice and close to the beach, friendly host.

Lovely peaceful apartment. Extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Maureen and John were brilliant hosts friendly and helpful and always available if needed. . Very close to local cafes and Kohi beach. A perfect Auckland bass - highly recommend!!!

A top class Apartment.

My wife and I travel extensively and’ Seahaven’ is a real gem. The Apartment has all the amenities you would expect and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay of almost one month. The location was brilliant for us and we certainly hope to stay again. Maureen and John are great hosts and are always available if you have any questions or even the smallest problem. Can’t wait for our next NZ visit 😊
