The open plan living level centres around a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances and a curved island, flowing seamlessly to a covered terrace for alfresco dining and sunset drinks overlooking the ocean.
A private rear entertaining zone wraps around a sleek lap pool surrounded by tropical landscaping, creating a peaceful retreat for swimming or relaxing beneath the stars. Upstairs, four beautifully styled bedrooms provide calm sanctuaries, including a primary suite with ocean views and a spa inspired ensuite. Additional features include a media room, study nook, ducted air conditioning, high speed Wi Fi, smart home automation, and a secure double garage, all just a short stroll from the beach and Esplanade dining.

The beach house is just a short 750 metre walk along the coastal path to the beautiful patrolled Mooloolaba Beach. You’ll also find plenty to enjoy within easy walking distance, including cosy cafes, great restaurants, the local surf club, and Coles for all your essentials. With parks, playgrounds, and scenic headland walking tracks nearby, it’s the perfect spot to relax and explore on your getaway.

The local bus services that service this area are approximately a 250m walk (Buderim Ave at Douglas Street bus stop) where the bus can be caught northbound (Maroochydore) and southbound (Kawana, Caloundra). *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
