The Space:

Welcome to The Oasis at Crescent Beach, an 11-bedroom, 7.5-bath oceanfront home designed for large families, reunions, and retreats. With private beach access, multiple kitchens, and expansive living areas, this property comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests while providing space for everyone to relax.



Guests will enjoy full access to all 11 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, and 3 living rooms spread across three floors. This layout ensures both privacy and shared spaces, making it ideal for large groups.



**First Floor:

The first floor welcomes you into the home with a bright foyer and a convenient half bath. The driveway provides free parking for up to 8 cars, offering ample space for your group.



Direct access to the ELEVATOR from the first floor makes it easy to reach the second and third floors without using the stairs — a huge convenience for guests. Additionally, there are overflow parking spaces on the grass next to the driveway, where up to three more cars can park.



Please note: The two-car garage access is unavailable, and parking is limited to the driveway.



**Second Floor:

The second floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit, a spacious gathering room, and two additional bedrooms, perfect for families or groups to stay together while enjoying their own space.
