Paradise vacation. 5 Star gated entrance on a country private road. Estate is on 3 acres with pond. 15,000 square feet beachfront mansion. The property is located next to Washington State Oak Park which is considered one of the top 10 parks in the United States. Fun for the whole family including boating, nature walks, fishing, horseback riding on the beach, and swimming.
Ideal for corporate events, family gatherings and special events. 2 miles from Publix, and multiple restaurants in the area. 10 minutes to Palm Coast, 20 minutes to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, abd 1.5 hours to Disney World and Universal Studios. Boat launch is 2 miles away.

The house is absolutely stunning and very clean. Every amenity that you could imagine was provided and every detail was thought out. We enjoyed the space of the home and it was perfect for our entire family. My kids loved the beach, ping pong table, and the pool. The older crowd really enjoyed the theater room and the beautiful view of the ocean.

This was a beautiful home. Direct access to the beach along with a beautiful pool. Beach was next to the park so it was like having a private beach. Publix’s supermarket was only 2 miles from the house which was nice when you have a large group. The host was always available to answer all questions about the house and the area. Would definitely recommend checking this house out!

Beautiful elegant home

We had a great time staying here. Federica was always available to answer any questions we had. The house is absolutely beautiful and very private. The house is stocked with almost everything you need. Between the pool, indoor spa, and the beach right out back door we got to enjoy our relaxing vacation.

We were so lucky to find this beautiful oceanfront home-it was everything promised and more! Federica was wonderful to work with and made our stay nearly perfect!! So grateful!

Fabulous large home on perfect beach area

We rented this home with our daughter, adult sons and their families. We had a total of 13. This home is on a very private setting with a perfect location. The beach is right outside your door and is not crowded. You really have it all to yourself. The bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds. All the decor is very lovely. The home has EVERYTHING! The owner is extremely nice and accommodating. She did everything to make our stay the best. We plan to return in the future.

June 4th Palm Coast

Our visit to this property was AWESOME! Jay and I had our mothers , are kids and our kid’s kids here for the week! 14 in all, plenty of room and has everything you need! Pool (plus baby pool) was used everyday along with the theater room at night! We built so many memories with everyone! Property is next to a a park full of wildlife , we saw many different animals with an abundance of turtles daily! Well stocked kitchens and bedrooms are spacious. Very private beach area. Also has a fire pit and indoor hot tub in the pool room! We will definitely consider this property for another large family gathering! Plus Federica , our host, was accessible and accommodating. Thanks for the opportunity for our visit!
