This large, newly renovated three-story home is designed for families, friends, reunions, and work gatherings, offering generous space, comfort, and stunning views of the Petitcodiac River.
The home features 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath, making it ideal for larger groups. Expansive living and dining rooms provide plenty of room to gather, with panoramic river views from all sides. A fully equipped kitchen makes shared meals easy, while daily sunsets over the river create a beautiful and relaxing setting.
Step outside to enjoy the large 8-person hot tub, perfectly positioned to overlook the river—an ideal way to unwind after a full day together.
The large open-concept basement offers exceptional flexibility and can be used for family gatherings, celebrations, team retreats, weddings, or company functions.

At the same time, we're just 20 minutes away from all the amenities you'd need—grocery stores, schools, entertainment and healthcare—so you never have to sacrifice convenience for tranquility. Whether you’re enjoying the quiet countryside or taking a quick trip into town, this location offers the best of both worlds.

A Historic Beginning
Originally built in 1945, the building once served as a rectory, holding decades of community and historical significance.
Saved from Demolition
The church that owned the building could no longer afford its upkeep, and it was scheduled to be torn down.
A Remarkable Move
In January 2024, with much fanfare and many spectators, the entire three-story building was carefully moved across the street—now sitting proudly between the road and the Petitcodiac River.
Restoration and Renewal
By July 2024, the building was placed on its new foundation, and we began the exciting journey of renovating the 80-year-old structure.
A New Beginning
In July 2025, after a full year of dedicated restoration, we proudly opened our doors for business—breathing new life into this historic gem.
