The spacious open-plan living area is ideal for family or group gatherings, with plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. We will consider a small dog by arrangement and there is a pet fee payable.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, the open plan layout lends itself well to socialising while cooking with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to feel at home.

Each of the three well-appointed bedrooms is designed for maximum comfort. Linen and towels are provided, there is also ample storage space.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed.

The third bedroom offers a set of bunk beds as well as a single bed and a pull out trundle. Ideal for kids. Please note that we do not recommend adults sleeping on the top bunk, it is suitable for children.

Step outside to your private outdoor area, perfect for dining alfresco or simply enjoying the fresh air. The backyard is fully fenced, providing peace of mind for families with children. There is outdoor seating, a gas BBQ and well established garden beds that surround the external paved areas.

The Peel Harvey Estuary is a short stroll from the property, following the estuary path, you will eventually end at the local Giant attraction located on the Cut inlet.
