On snowmobile trail via road or lake. Nicolet National Forest trails just East of location. Snowmobile parking literally outside your door. Large lot with no public view of house. Snowmobile trailer parking. Less than a mile to downtown Eagle River or head East into the National Forest and avoid town. Snowmobile gas on trail couple miles East. Snowmobile rentals couple minutes away (Boat Sport Marina). Less than a block from Eagle River Ice Arena.
20% discount for a 2 person stay or 10% for a 4 person stay: October through March. Inquire before booking and I’ll change the rate before you book.

Featuring1600 Sq.Ft. private home with King Bed in Master Bedroom with a Southern view of the Lake, Queen Bed in 2nd Bedroom and a King Bed in Loft. 2 bath rooms. Full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishware. Home is 7 years old with spacious rooms. Summer; Private pier with electrical power at pier(ask and will be provided) Subtle, sloping water depth on a quiet bay and home is set away from the road... so safer for the kids. Deck with a view of the lake. Just down the road from a free public launch. Roku included in Master Bedroom and in Family room. Fire pit, firewood and gas grill all included. Property is located directly on ATV Trail and snowmobile trails including lake trail within view. Home is Licensed and inspected by local health dept. There is a small strip of sand bar(no rocks or logs) that is 31”deep. Sand bar is 50 yards away from dock. Water is deep again at dock. Please consider your boat limitations.

Great place to stay!

This rental was perfect for 6 adults. The house was immaculately clean and very welcoming. We all felt very much at home! Location was great and very close to so many things. Our contact was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We made a great choice staying here!

Great Stay on Catfish Lake

Our family had a great time at the cabin. The location is great and just a few minutes from Eagle River. The house is on a quiet part of the lake and we caught fish right off the dock. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house is spacious and well stocked. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed all the wild life around, especially feeding the deer! The owner is quick to answer any questions. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

Clean, modern cottage on the best lake. Water depth at pier was a bit shallow but manageable for our 18’ bow rider with I/O. Did a lot of boating, jet ski, fishing, swimming. Beautiful location, lots of friendly deer.

Wonderful property!

Everything was great! Very clean, nicely updated, all the details of what you may need were provided, location on lake-very nice bay, and daily visits from deer. Would definitely come back to this property.

Great quite and private lakeside getaway

Very nice relatively new home. Owner was very helpful and attentive. Private location in the woods on the Catfish Lake but still close town, restuarants, etc.

Exceeded acceptations! Great house & great location. It was just the 2 of us, so there was a lot more rooms than we needed. We were glad to have central air for a couple of the hotter days. I would highly recommend this gem!

Private and Peaceful

Very nice cabin, private setting and secluded feel. Tough to get our inboard boat in and our with sandbar in front of pier and no good spot to hang out on the lakeshore besides the pier.

Quiet getaway

Peaceful spot set in woods with solid access to lake. Deer everywhere to watch. Home itself was perfect with updated kitchen. Had everything we needed. We will rent this spot again.

Great Property, Great Hosts

We stayed late July 2023 with our 2 kids and spouses and 2 small grandkids. Place was plenty spacious and every family had their own sleeping area. The home was very clean and well stocked with towels etc. The entire area of Eagle River is a lot of fun, with plenty to see and do. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mike & Debbie!

Relaxing, Quiet Family Trip

We wanted a little getaway to a destination that was both relaxing & quiet. We got both and so much more. We had an amazing time and our hosts - Mike & Deb -- were amazing and very very responsive. The house is beautiful and the location is secluded and serene. Definitely will be returning next year!!
