Blessed Blue Boutique Cave Suite in the heart of Oia

Perched on the cliffs of the scenic village of Oia, Blessed Blue is a newly renovated 200-year-old boutique cave suite offering stunning caldera views of the endless Aegean Sea and sky.

Located on a cobbled street that leads to the edge of a secluded cliff, this white-washed dome-suite is at the heart of the old town of Oia, and is perfect for couples, honeymooners, and small families.

It features a kitchenette, a living room area with two sofa beds, and a bedroom. It has a private terrace overlooking the cliff-sides of Oia on the left and unobstructed sea views on the right where guests can enjoy their breakfast, afternoon drink, and of course the unique Oia sunrise under the shade of one of the most iconic palm trees gracing the garden terrace of the property.

The bathroom has a mounted rain shower as well as a handheld unit, a hairdryer, bath products and bath towels available to guests.

Other amenities include Wifi, air conditioning, WC, and safe. Blessed Blue is located only steps away from the famous Blue Dome Church, Oia sunset spot, and the picturesque cafes and shops.

The décor follows a minimal approach staying true to the traditional Cycladic style, but allowing guests all comforts of modern living.

We can arrange private tours and fully customized excursions all over the island through our concierge service in order to offer our guests an inimitable experience of the island.

We keep to all regulations and protocols regarding your safety.

Total price of the reservation includes Enviromental Fee per night ( March to October €1.5/night, November to March €0.5/night)

Everything was great. Location is perfect. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants. Pelekanos was our favorite restaurant. Everything on the menu was excellent. The host was great. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Amazing Experience

We loved staying at this property. It was a unique experience and one we won’t forget. Our host was amazing and attentive! It’s a peaceful and relaxing vide and the place has everything you’ll need to truly experience Santorini.

Heavenly stay!

This was my second time to Oia- we stayed for 3 nights. The property is incredibly clean and cute, excellent wifi and air conditioning. You are close to ALL shopping and wonderful restaurants. Oia can be hot and is very touristy during high season. We loved mornings before 10 and after 4. The property managers communication is some of the best I've experienced. She helped coordinate us with Porter Matteo- he met us at the main parking lot and carried our bags to Blessed Blue- he did the same in reverse when we left. Everyone was on time and well coordinated. My husband and I are 55 and in excellent shape. Steps in Oia can be narrow and steep. If you have mobility issues- consider making arrangements. Matteo will carry luggage. He probably won't carry you.

Beautiful private cave perfect for couple and one or two kids. Off the beaten path away from cruise and tour tourists. Feel like a local. Communication before and during top notch. Arranging transportation and luggage handling the best. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Instagram Worthy!!! Don’t hesitate, book now and be prepared to be pampered!

I promise you won’t regret staying here! Great location just off of the main tourist area in the charming old section of Oia. The property is towards the bottom of the cliff so you’ll pass all the onlookers & follow the blessed blue ropes to help you down the stairs to your own private front row terrace onlooking the caldera. It’s so private & quiet yet steps away from the shops & restaurants. Pictures in the description may seem “photoshopped“ but they aren’t. It’s that beautiful! Lazarus, your personal concierge, is a dream, offering local recommendations, prebooking restaurants, providing sailing options, & anything else you want. He promptly responds to questions & a few weeks in advance, helped arrange an unbelievable sailing experience w/ Barbarossa Sailing (Electra & Mario invite you as guests but you’ll leave as friends!), to sunset dinner reservations at Kastro’s for an amazing dinner w/ an attentive staff, wonderful food & a beautiful view from every seat! Lazarus checks in w/ you daily to make sure all is going well & gives you a few tips & suggestions if he knows your plans for the day. He even provides you google map pins to locations you may want to visit. He responds almost immediately and is delighted to help you. There’s bottled water, fresh fruit & wine upon arrival. Breakfast’s offered as well as tidying up the balcony, fresh towels & trash removal daily. We especially enjoyed the quiet mornings watching the sun come up & listening to the birds chirp in the palm tree. A truly peaceful, private and enjoyable experience; You’ll have shade on the terrace in the afternoon to enjoy a quiet break from busy Oia. We made friends with 2 kittens that greeted us early morning & evening, we named them Baclava (the chatty one) & Charlie (the skittish one). They keep their distance & don’t disturb you but they add to the charm & sweetness the island offers. If you’re there please look after them by giving them fresh water on the terrace below Blessed Blue & maybe a leftover bite or two. As all the reviewers say, this property is a 5-star & the hosts truly are the embodiment of Greek hospitality! Thank you Blessed Blue, We hope to return one day! ~ Sasha, Carla & Tracey Pro Tip: Get the Porter Service– a must to carry bags down the steps NOTE: COVID TEST - just walk to the Pharmacy Oia, Alexandra is there to help you. Truly Blessed Blue

The property was exactly as described and as pictured but pictures do not do the property or location justice as it is even more radiant. Property was ideally located as being steps from Oia and all of the activities but also a little below where most tourists tend to wander so there is more privacy and the feeling of being a local. Lazarus met us at the post office and arranged taking our bags down and from that point on he was a great resource for all things on the island and helped us with many arrangements. He was so good and gracious that he kept giving us tips even after we moved on to another pre-arranged location. All in all this was a great stay and a magical place. Noah and family
