気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
1) we didn't get door code via email/text. We had to call & ask for it en route to rental.2) The house # was displayed @ the street, but not on the house itself, leaving us to guess which house was 'ours' on a street full of houses.3) immediately upon entering it was clear the floor was dirty. The entryway was covered in debris from outside, the carpet had too many (pet!) stains to count.4) The entire house had a STRONG, overpowering smell of dirty dog. 5) The couch was ripped in multiple places & covered in dog hair. We contacted the host about smell & hair, & they sent a cleaner out next AM “after 10AM” per our request. This was appreciated but when we returned @ 1:40PM, cleaner was still working. The whole experience subtracted from our enjoyment of the home. But there is more: 6) When we arrived Thurs.PM, we noticed hot tub was set to a dangerous 109, we didn't use it Thurs PM as a result. Fri PM, we hoped to use the hot tub but the temp would not go down. We called the host again and they sent someone out (much appreciated!), but we shouldn’t have to wait on cleaners & repair people while we’re paying 250/night to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The temp of the hot tub took the rest of Fri to lower. We were unable to use it until Sat! That’s when we saw the filter is cracked in several places & spits debris into the tub. 7) The photo in listing shows a completely private hot tub, but it is actually in full view of neighbors. 8) Livingroom furniture is VERY uncomfortable
