This is a one story renovated modern house that has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is a single family house with a vast living room and a family room. It also includes an authentic traditional style fireplace, perfect for wintertime bookings. Both the front and backyard are large unrestricted areas and provides ample space for smoking. The property is also conveniently located near a shopping plaza that has restaurants and services that caters to your every need. This house is professionally cleaned and maintained to exceptional health standards to ensure our clients' safety and experience.

The beds were very hard and one felt like a sink hole in the center of the bed. The water temperature in one of the shower was inconsistent and would go from cold to scalding hot with no in between

If u need a place to sleep with comfortable beds and basic amenities at a good price, this place is for you. Only thing it is little far from the strip and Allegiant stadium about 20 min drive.

We had a pleasant stay. The house was comfortable for 8 of us and liked that the kitchen had the essential amenities,esp the electric cooker. The host was very welcoming, responded and attended promptly when the thermostat had an issue. The area was residential and we felt safe with our kids. Highly recommend this place for families.

The property described as advertised were above and beyond my expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and adjacent to an elementary school.The Host, Jessica Liu sent me the house code for entry days before my arrival which I totally appreciated. She left little messages throughout the house especially regarding WiFi access. You will not be disappointed with communicating with her.

It was an older neighborhood, but it was close to everything, it was quiet at night, and we never felt uncomfortable. the house was great, even had bandaids when my mother needed one. I didn’t take photos but it was homey and I would definitely recommend. The 4 was because the photo shows grass in the back but there is only rock (I totally understand why). Host was awesome!

The house was very clean with a full kitchen set up (including spices) that was greatly appreciated. The bathrooms provided plenty of towels and toiletries. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside every morning.

Family friendly, spacious, very accommodating. The host is excellent was available and ready to help with any questions or concerns. Also made sure your stay was a positive experience for you. I will be planning another trip at beginning of the New Year and hope to be able to stay there then.

The house was nice and clean but the area or Neiborhood the house was in was not good. The house next door did not have any grass just dirt. But your house was very nice.

Clean, convenient and homey place in Las Vegas

The property is very clean and well stuffed. We found everything we need in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to grocery stores. The owners is very responsive with communications. Internet is fast. We will rent it again if we go to Las Vegas in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Las Vegas vacation — perfect for a family of six with kids aged 7 to 13! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and recharge after our daily adventures.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—from pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to a coffee maker—making breakfast or dinner prep a breeze. It was so convenient (and budget-friendly) to whip up meals, especially after long days out.Speaking of adventures, we had a blast visiting Omega Mart, exploring the quirky art installations; learning at The Springs Preserve; and cheering on the jousters at Excalibur. After all the fun, coming “home” to this peaceful neighborhood was a perfect way to unwind.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the Strip and attractions, yet in a quiet, family-friendly area. Multiple grocery stores were just minutes away, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks, and dinner ingredients.Overall, this spot was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. If you’re a family headed to Las Vegas, you’ll love it.
