Beachfront parking is available (pay to park). Unit Condition on Check-In: Guests must walk through the unit upon check-in and contact us immediately if they are not satisfied with the property. We reserve the right to send maintenance or housekeeping to address any concerns and make it right. If a guest is not happy with the property upon arrival and wishes to cancel, we will issue a full reimbursement only if the guest does not stay in the unit. No reimbursements will be issued if the guest stays and does not report dissatisfaction upon check-in. Self-Serve Homes: Our homes are self-serve, and guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen, all furnishings, utilities, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to all amenities. Additionally, our cleaning crew leaves two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, one paper towel roll in the kitchen, three trash bags, dish detergent, one sponge, hand soaps, travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, and two coffee packs.
