We would like to welcome you to this lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the sought-after community of Mink Point in Beaufort, SC. Conveniently located — only minutes from the new shopping centre and close to MCRD Parris Island — this home is perfect for the families of Marine graduates, as well as anyone looking to spend some quality time in Beaufort, whether for business or pleasure!
The master bedroom offers a king bed and has an ensuite bathroom.
The two secondary rooms share a bathroom and each offer a queen bed.

We stayed here for my son’s Marine graduation. It was so close to base - 7 minute drive. It was also close to shops & restaurants. The house was super cute and was perfect for my family of 6. Joanna was super nice and so accommodating. I would recommend this place a hundred times over.

Great location! The house was clean and met our needs and it was close to restaurants shopping and Parris Island. It is going through some improvements. The host was amazing,very responsive with any questions. I would stay here again for sure

Great property

Everything about the listing is 100% accurate. Had a little electrical hiccup in one of the rooms but the owner had a great response time and took care of it immediately. Definitely would stay there again and 100% recommended

The house was cute and the beds were comfortable. The house definitely needs some maintenance. There are parts of the floor that are cracked and broken leaving sharp edges on the wood. We only had one shower door and one of the closet doors was off the tracks. Most of the exterior doors are difficult to open and the backyard is completely unusable. The house was also not clean when we arrived. I had to sweep the floor before we could walk around and there were stains on the walls especially in the bathroom. Found old food in the couch and a giant hairball at the front hallway with part of some fake eyelashes. One of the neighbors has several chickens which were wandering freely around the neighborhood. The roosters started crowing around 5am making it difficult to sleep.

Nice place and close by for son’s graduation. Very close to Parris island. Slight snafu with check in but we got it rectified and all was well. Much better and priced better than hotels in the area. Close by to shops and restaurants.
