Enjoy this spacious completely renovated and newly furnished side by side ranch unit in a quiet subdivision in the North Shore for your next extended or short term stay. This is a non smoking non vaping property period. Extremely clean, Comfy furnishings, quality bedding and towels, extremely quiet and great neighborhood for walking. Most guests book us for 30+ day stays. This unit is highly preferred by elderly guests as their is no transitions in floor height, a low step shower big enough for a chair, and 36” doorways. Furnace filters are changed between guests stays and furnace utilizes UV light to eliminate risk of airborne contaminants. We take the safety of our guests seriously which is why for now we are limiting stays to minimum of 30 days to reduce traffic and to allow for extensive cleaning.

You have your own private entrance off the front porch with Keyless entry. The quality is in the details, be it the kitchen with matching silverware, plates and glassware to the bathrooms with matching towels. We maintain this property like you would expect your home to be, which is why we get so many repeat guests from year to year..
The Kitchen has all the main essentials to prepare a meal, you just provide the food. Also included is a RO drinking water faucet. Your own washer and dryer are available in the basement. Two full bathrooms one with surround tub and the other with walk-in-shower and both with comfort height toilet seats as well as heater fans to keep you extra warm on those cold days. 7’ Workstation with wireless printer as well as hardline Ethernet if needed and WiFi throughout unit. TV room with two recliners and a smart TV so you can login to your Netflix or other accounts. As well we offer a full line up of premium Cable Channels on both TVs. The Living room with sleeper sofa is open to the kitchen. Kitchen table seats 4. Extremely large bedroom and walk in closet as well as a TV. We offer two types of pillows, Soft Hotel Quality Down Alternative and Breathable, as well as a Luxury Plush Gel Pillows. All pillows are covered with pillow protectors which are Hypoallergenic and laundered between all guests stays to ensure a clean pillow..
We have lots of wildlife to view just out the back door from Turkeys to deer and cranes to name a few.

No pets are allowed period. This includes comfort animals, cats, dogs, birds, fish etc.. Many guests have allergies which is why we do not allow pets.

No boats or RV’s may be kept on site and there is no overnight street parking.

This is a Newley remodeled property with new furnishings. Any damage to the property will be assessed at a minimum of $150.00 an hour and any replacement costs.

Owner reserves the right to enter property for inspection with a 2 hour notice. Unless it’s is deemed an emergency in which case entrance will be immediate.

This unit is not intended for children under 18.
