The host was attentive the location was good, but there were various issues with the place. Many amenties were missing, such as cutting boards, a dust pan, and other items, and the outlets were either way too tight or way too loose. The heat also would never turn off, which lead to the entire placing being way too hot the entire trip. Overall, not a bad stay, just some nit picks I had.

Close Milwaukee Stay

Cute apartment nestled in small town by Milwaukee. Stayed for summerfest, had no issues aside from the AC working TOO well.

The home was very basic. I liked the location and the fact that it had parking and 2 locked and secured doors. It had things like towels and an iron and ironing board, but it lacked things like hand soap or dish soap. I also spent the first day without wifi because the host said it was listed in a binder, but it wasn’t and they didn’t get back to me until the second day of my stay. A lot of information in the binder was outdated and confusing so it needs to be updated overall. The host could consider adding things like towels for cleaning or a sponge and a filter that can be refilled and left in the fridge for water. A lamp in the living room would be nice as well. It also wasn’t clean. There was a lot of dust under the bed and in some other areas and the microwave and stoves weren’t clean.

Directions where to park and how to access bldg. were great. Disappointed to discover single serve coffee maker and sugar but no coffee or creamer. Towels were nice.

Our stay

The apartment was clean and check in was easy! Just a few recommendations: the bath towels were so small! We are not large women but the towels could have been upgraded to large 😂 there were three of us staying and only 2 coffee pods 😢 we shared but it was not ideal….Offer decaf as well as regular? Maybe have paper plates available? Easy clean up! And just an fyi, the ac unit in the bedroom wasn’t working well? A red light is flashing 😉 not being critical, just suggestions! Thank you!!!
