Located just minutes from the stunning beaches of Fenwick Island, this inviting townhome in Mallard Lakes offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly fun. With 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a half bath, it’s the ideal retreat for a relaxing beach vacation.
Enjoy all the comforts of home, including central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), washer/dryer, 3 TVs, and WiFi. Begin your day with a cup of coffee on the screened-in porch overlooking one of the peaceful community lakes.
Mallard Lakes is packed with amenities the whole family will love—from fishing in saltwater and freshwater lakes to splashing around in the community pools. The on-site playground provides a safe and fun space for kids to play and create lasting vacation memories.
A Community Recreation Fee of $125 plus a $25 refundable FOB deposit per week is payable to the Mallard Lakes office upon arrival.
