Located in the popular Mallard Lakes community. Just minutes from Fenwick Island’s beautiful beaches, this completely renovated 2-bedroom 1.5-bath townhome is the ideal spot for your next vacation.
Unlike most units, this home features a rare open-concept layout where the living room and sunroom have been combined, creating an extended space perfect for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. Enjoy lake views from the sunroom or step outside to the paver patio for peaceful water scenes, fountains, and birdwatching.

The home was fine, super cute

The stay was fine, the home was beautiful, and in a nice neighborhood close to all of the destinations we needed for the weekend. However my Linen package was not delivered as promised, and we went the first night and morning without towels or bedsheets. I needed to drive to the rental office (in Bethany, when I was in Fenwick), through Costal Highway, during 4th of July weekend. Traffic Hilarity Ensued.

We sincerely apologize that the linen package was not delivered as promised. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we’ve addressed this with our management company to ensure it does not happen again.
