Whether you're here to unwind or explore, this high-end hideaway is the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and coastal fun.

~ Primary suite w/ King bed with en suite bath (sleeps 2)
~ 2nd bedroom with 1 x King bed with 1 x Twin daybed with Twin trundle w/ shared full hall bath (sleeps up to 4)
~ 3rd bedroom with 1 x King bed and 1 x Full over Full built-in bunk bed w/ shared full hall bath (sleeps up to 6)

It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

THE PARK AT TERRAMAR:
The Park at Terramar is located off of FM 3005, at the quiet far west end of Galveston Island before you reach San Luis Beach. There is a private pool and pavilion for property owners and guests. The Gulf of Mexico is accessible by boat via west Galveston Bay. Enjoy the many beaches of Galveston Island and the water activities that accompany.

Come visit and enjoy ALL the outdoor adventures you could want! Watch dolphins, fish from the pier (or from one of our canal, bay or beachside rental homes), surf the waves, kayak, beach comb and soak up the sun and sea air. And after a day of activities, stop by one of the nearby popular hangouts - The West End Marina & Restaurants, The Waterman Seafood Grill and/or Nate"s for a fun atmosphere to enjoy snacks, cocktails or meal!

The 979 Crew is comprised of island locals who are passionate about making sure the home you chose is nothing short of clean, comfortable, and ready for your group's fun! Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!
🐾 PUP-FRIENDLY:
Bring Fido(s)! We welcome your furry friends (aka family members). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.
WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

*NOTE: Absolutely No Prom, Graduation or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted. Max # house sleeps (occupancy) = max # of Guests allowed on property at any time. Thank you.
