Resort Fee
Regal Palms charges a mandatory Resort Amenity Fee of $22.40 per day, per home/reservation ($20 + tax).
This fee is not included in your Airbnb reservation and is paid directly to the resort at check-in. Resort fees are subject to change.

Our registration process is completed online. After booking, the reservation holder will receive a Registration Agreement to sign and will be required to provide a valid photo ID.
Once registration is complete, check-in instructions and property access information are sent approximately 24 hours before arrival.
STARTER SUPPLIES
To make your arrival easier, we provide a starter supply of basic household items, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, toiletries, dish supplies and laundry detergent.
These supplies are provided once at arrival and are not replenished during the stay.
