This 55 m² pied-à-terre with shared swimming pool is the ideal place to stay with your family or friends, and is not far from must-see sites such as the Château de Brézé, the amazing troglodyte caves of La Sablière and the beautiful towns of Angers and Saumur!
You'll have a living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room and a south-facing terrace with a table to enjoy the breathtaking view over the neighbouring vineyards! Wifi, bed linen and towels included.

The accommodation is as follows:

Day area :
- A bright, well-equipped living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed (ideal for 2 children), a TV and a dining area with a dining table and direct access to the terrace.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.
- A storeroom equipped with a washing machine and a large fridge-freezer will allow you to store your groceries.

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
- A shower room with a walk-in shower, a large washbasin, storage space, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail and a WC.

Outside:
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace accessible from the living area with a garden table and barbecue. Perfect for enjoying beautiful summer evenings gazing out over the neighbouring vineyards!
- Fruit trees planted around the gîtes for guests' enjoyment

Shared outside area :
- A swimming pool (shared, unheated) measuring 8mx4mx1.5m, available from May to October depending on weather conditions (opening dates non-contractual).

The surrounding area
A true haven of peace, this gite is set in a vineyard planted with Chenin grapes on the edge of the hamlet of La Tourette belonging to the commune of Saix (1.2km).
We're right in the middle of nature, with a breathtaking view of the Maine-et-Loire and Vienne borders.
We are adjacent to the Fontevraud forest, 6 km from the abbey where the bakery is located.

Activities :
Discover the rich heritage of the Maine et Loire region, with its emblematic monuments and wine estates stretching as far as the eye can see. Let your desires guide you! Start with a visit to the Troglos de la Sablières, where you'll be immersed for a moment in an astonishingly artistic place full of history. Then take a diversion to the charming town of Doué la Fontaine, before learning more about Loire wines on an estate tour and tasting session of the region's finest wines!
If you're looking for a bit of height, why not take a first flight or a microlight tour and admire the splendid flat landscapes in front of you?
