The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Shinjuku Station and provides excellent transportation access to major areas like Shibuya, Ikebukuro, and Ginza. It's also a quick bus ride from both Haneda and Narita Airports.
The compact rooms are ideally suited for long stays, as they include two semi-double beds, a bathtub, a basic kitchenette, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a washing machine.
With many affordable restaurants nearby, this is a comfortable area that will enhance your stay in Tokyo.

Check in was easy and very clear with proper instructions that are provided in a p.d.f. from the host. You have everything you need and a very cozy space and just enough for what you needed for and also very central to shinjuku area, which is very helpful.

This room is within walking distance of the center of Shinjuku. You can enjoy the exciting Shinjuku nightlife as well as nature such as Meiji-Jingu and Shinjuku-Gyoen. It is very accessible from Haneda Airport and Narita Airport, just one bus ride away. The room is not very spacious, but this room allows you to enjoy Japan at a reasonable price.
