Great accommodations

It was everything that was advertised and more. The condo has more equipment in the kitchen than expected which made it easy to do meals. It is an older condo, but has been well maintained. We found it clean and suited our needs perfectly. It is located near everything we wanted to do which was also nice. Would recommend to others who are looking for comfortable accommodations.

Perfect place for a Sun Valley stay

The place was great for my stay. It's walking distance to the SV Lodge, first floor unit so no stairs after a day of skiing. I loved the instant on gas fireplace and all of the amenities the place came with. Very comfortable for a couple.

Excellent personal and responsive service

My husband was skiing, but I was in work mode so desperately needed a hair dryer. I reached out, and the owner made sure someone was over with one in very short order. Very grateful. Beautiful area. Condo was a bit older than I expected, but everything was clean. More towels would be a nice touch. Thank you! We had a great visit!

Great location

Loved our stay at the cottonwood complex. Perfectly located to town, bald mountain and dollar mountain. Condo was perfectly stocked and cozy for the two of us. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Great location, good condo

Everything was nice at the condo but there are some flags. There’s black mold in the shower and the window in the bedroom is broken so it won’t lock. The sofa is pushed back against the bar stools so you can’t use the bar stools. I was going to push the sofa off of the bar stools but the jungle of spider webs Under the bar kept me from doing so. It’s a perfect location with a parking spot and the owner responds right away, I just think it could use a deep cleaning and a couple of small fixes and it would be perfect.

Beautiful and cozy condo

This condo had it all. The bedroom was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and very nice. The kitchen is beautiful and updated with granite countertops. Open floor plan with a fireplace. I would definitely stay here again. Felt like home. Great communication from the owner.

Great location to Sun Valley Lodge, the skating rink, lodge and fabulous restaurants!

Great location with a private deck for sunbathing and watching the wildlife! The stream running by is relaxing and adds charm!

Convenient Cottonwood Condo

My daughter and I stayed here for a week. We chose this condo to be close to the skating rinks. It had everything we needed for a week of skating.

Great place!

This very clean, cozy condo is perfect for two with easy access to Sun Valley trails and bike paths that we really enjoyed. We also spent a lot of time on the deck…..very peaceful. All of the appliances worked which is always a plus. Probably the best asset is the host, Casey, who was always available when we had questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Ski trip with a lot more to do

I opted to ski at Sun Valley as my wife no longer skis and Ketchum had plenty for her to see and do. Casey's condo is super convenient for a wide range of activities. Check in after a long drive was easy. A great place to relax in after a long day. Well equipped kitchen. Walk to the Sun Valley lodge, ice rink, pavilion, or stables. Or it's a 5 minute walk to bus stops that can take you to the ski lodges or all over Ketchum. It was a wonderful place to stay.
