In Matcha Forest, there is a blue house and a cute little A-Frame cabin. 2 Queen beds in the house and 1 Queen bed in the cabin. They both have a full kitchen and a full bathroom. The house is suitable for 4 people and the cabin is suitable for 2 people max.

What to expect in the enchanted forest:

The beauty of nature comes with trees and animals living in the forest.

Weather is unpredictable in the highlands, so please use discretion when walking around our property as you may encounter wild animals at any given time and trees and branches may fall down when it's windy.

No food or trash outside (this will attract wild animals and insects):
Doors and windows should be kept closed all the time to maximize your comfort.

Septic system:
Only toilet paper in the toilet.

Steps and stairs:
There are a few steps in front of the house.
There are stairs to the bedroom in the loft area.

Not suitable for children under 13.

Additional rules:

Wild animals: Please don’t leave doors and windows open (and keep bug nets closed all the time) to maximize your comfort in this off-grid wild experience. There is an extra cleaning fee of $200 if wild animals or large amount of insects are found in the house.

Not Suitable for Children: Guests under 13 are not allowed due to safety reasons (ladder leading to bedroom in cabin and fire place can be unsafe for children).

Noise: Parties, Events and Unregistered guests are not permitted and will result in immediate termination of booking.

No Pets: We kindly ask you to leave your companions at home due to allergies.

Outdoor food: don't leave food or trash outside at any given time because it will attract wild animals.

No outdoor shoes inside premises: All guests must bring a extra set of shoes/slippers inside to prevent any unnecessary pests from getting into the house.

No smoking and vaping indoors.

Security: Security cameras are installed in front of the door entrance and backyard near the sliding door for guests' safety.

Garbage Removal: We kindly ask guests to take away garbage upon checkout.

Fire ban: no fires from 7am to 7pm to prevent forest fires from occurring.
