Located across from McCrae Beach, this colourful three level home blends modern comfort with relaxed seaside character. Enjoy open-plan living with a cosy fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen flowing to a full-width balcony, while a private elevated observation platform offers sweeping views to the city skyline. Ideally located near the heart of McCrae, it’s the perfect escape for a fun and laid-back coastal getaway.
IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• Property is dog friendly upon prior request and approval as it may not be suitable for all breeds. Please submit an enquiry before placing your booking.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.

• Very well-equipped kitchen with every required appliance including Nespresso pod machine, air-fryer, blender, sandwich press, rice cooker and wine fridge
• 2 x smart TVs
• Indoor dining for 8, breakfast bar for 4, outdoor dining for 4
