Very nice unit! Great location! A little anxiety with communication and timing of check in process. Not checking in until 4 is unusual for me, even most hotels have a check in at 3 or sooner to accommodate guests. With that said, this was an excellent place and I’d rent it again.

This unit is an absolute gem! Nicely decorated, meticulously maintained and well located - an easy walk to everything, but on a quiet street. The kitchen was generously outfitted with everything we needed for food preparation, and the supply of spices, wraps, coffee filters, foil, etc was a nice surprise. The included off-street parking was a big plus. We appreciated that the listing states very clearly that the upstairs bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase. Visitors with mobility/size/balance issues might struggle with this, but our agile teenagers literally took it in stride. The property manager was very responsive to questions, even late at night. They were helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend!

Perfect location - just off Commerce Street, but toward the quieter end. Very clean. Beautiful. Cute little courtyard area. Easy check in and out. Very well appointed kitchen. Beautiful wood floors. Very charming. Only "surprise" was that the apartment is attached to the rest of the house, separated only by normal doors (that are locked) so it feels and sounds like you're staying in a house with others. The "others" were not loud and were super kind, but it was a little odd and unexpected to feel like we were occupants of the same house. The deck on from the loft abuts their deck. This would not deter us from staying there again. It was a perfect place for myself and my niece.
