Great host and property

We enjoyed all of the amenities this home, had to offer and reached out to the property. Owner wants to help us with the hot tub and he had fixed us up within minutes.. great host great house will definitely be staying again

Great stay

Owner was on point. He cleaned the backyard just about every day. Grill was great. Atmosphere was great. Very quiet and respectable neighborhood.

Beautiful home

This was an amazing home to stay at. The owner is really nice and takes care of all your needs. The pool was amazing and the family played a few pool table games as well.

House cleanness

The house is very nice, easy to get into, but the cleanliness and the poor condition of some things, mattresses with urine, we even found sperm on the sheets, a 0 for cleanliness, they should dedicate time to cleaning since the house is great and very comfortable.

The host contacted us the night before arrival and changed our reserved house because of damages from pryer renters. We arrived at the new location and it was unhabitable. The back door was broken, could not be locked. It was a shared property, the rugs were ABSOLUTELY disgusting with stains. The bedding was stained, upon further looking at the bedding situation we discovered pasta under the sheets in one bed and every single bed had numerous stains. The house was not cleaned, there were shrimp shells in the sink, the counters had not been wiped from other renters, there was food on the table and the counters were sticky. The bathroom sink did not drain. We requested a new place and ened up contacting the VRBO help line because of no response from the host. After seeing pictures I submitted the help line gave us a gull refund. However we had 3 families with us we had to scramble to find a new place to stay for 3 families with children. STRESSFUL to say the least. Do not, I repeat Do not use this host if you're in Vegas for a family vacation. He is not to be trusted with his listings.

Just over all very nice and comfortable and beautiful home

Big and spacious very comfortable loved the hug back yard and games for the kids and the adults the host was very nice and was great At accommodating us on such short notice and great location on 15 minutes from the strip. It was my first time and I will be rent from again because I most definitely will be back

Super wonderful

We ended up needing to be upgraded. The home had all the same amenities and was absolutely gorgeous. We loved the home and outside pool area. My kids really enjoyed swimming whenever we were at the house. We will definitely be staying again. Darel was really awesome and quick to respond as well.

Loads of fun!

At first we had issues getting ahold of the property owner. We learned he was out of the country. Upon his return, communication was great! His original property wasn’t available, so he upgraded us to another property with the same amenities. Kids had a blast (and so did the adults!). Would stay here again on our next trip to Vegas for sure.

Perfect for large groups

Our group loved this house! Darel was a wonderful host and very attentive! He also made it super easy for us to check in earlier since we arrived earlier than expected into town, and accommodated us in a bigger home for our large party. It was so easy to communicate with him at all times as well. The home is spacious and very comfy for large groups. The house is bigger than in pictures and gorgeous! The views to the backyard from the second story were fantastic and we loved the pool area! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again next year! Thank you Darel for your great hospitality!

Dishonest

Paid a nice amount of money for a house that was very unclean and a heated pool for the kids that never heated. One of the pieces of glass on the shower door was missing so water would go all over the floor. Shower head didn’t work and had to use the hand held part. The place on Vrbo isn’t the place that you actually stay at, not sure how Vrbo lets this keep happening. They call just before your stay and explain something to be wrong with the place you rented and ask you to switch to another home that similar in looks and rooms. Very disappointed!

Darel was an excellent host. I contacted him to set up a place to drop off our suitcases early and he had us upgraded to a beautiful home and alleys to check in early. We had a few urgent questions and he was extremely prompt, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Darel.

Great owner

We actually stayed at another home owned by Darel. It better suited our needs and accommodated Darel’s situation as well. Excellent easy access to airport as well as all major attractions. We were there for almost a month and minor issues were addressed timely and certainly to our satisfaction. We will certainly look to return to a property owned by Mr. Russell if we have an extended stay in Las Vegas in our future. Having a most favorable experience this trip makes that more likely. No hassles/No worries!!!

Darel's property and demeanor are both world class...everything is as advertised...I had a few special request for the fight weekend I was in town for and he accommodated them all w/o question. He was a big part of our trip being memorable...only thing I would improve on is tv in every room and working garage door openers..Excellent property and location (10 min drive to strip)

The house full of Roches .

We couldn't do anything fun, no body could come see us at the house or pick up food. The guy was checking how many people was coming in and out of the house and if it was one over the amount that needs to be at the house u will here a Knock at your door. My whole trip was a stress from this guy.

Girls weekend.

This home wasn’t the one we ended up with. Like many I received a call from Darel saying we were going to be upgraded. Due to the fact that it was less than 24 hours notice we didnt have much choice. The house was easy to find and access. It was large and bright. In its day it was probably outstanding. Now it’s very worn and feels unloved. Minimal amenities. We had to buy paper towel, and additional toilet paper for example. Location to the strip and airport was excellent. Pool was lovely. Hot tub was not hot. Quiet neighborhood. If it was cleaner with quite a few minor updates done it would have been perfect. It just needs a LOT of lovin’.

Read the reviews before you book

We booked for the property in the pictures and paid for the 4 nights stay. The day before we arrived the host called and said the property we booked wasn’t usable at the time and asked if we would like to upgrade to a different property. Given the short notice, we agreed to the upgrade. The upgraded property is not comparable to the one we paid, but it has enough room for all of us in our party. The check-in process was easy and the directions to the house were easy. The property has a few carpet stains but overall, it’s ok. The second night we were there, my friend got bitten by a scorpion twice. We caught it the second time and that thing was huge. Be careful if you book this property.

Nice house host from hell

The house it’s ok, but the cleaning was in no good standards wen we arrive the air conditioner was not working properly, the utensils on that house were half broken, the beds were uncomfortable no gas tanks for bbq showers heads were lose he the host controls the A C units true the WiFi and he has cámaras pointing directly to the swimming pool he’s watching everyone the is in there, and I have to rent an portable AC unit just be ok inside of that house, I’ll never taken my family again to this property, and on top of everything he offers a different kind of house because the one is on the list has problems, nope never again very bad experience,

Amazing time Great Communication 10/10

Prior to our arrival I reached out to Darrel to ensure that there were no changes or issues with the property because I had read previous reviews and was concerned. That’s when I was advised that due to local HOA restrictions and the size of our family we needed to be moved to a larger location. I was sent pictures and the address and just as promised the new location was closer to the strip, had a larger pool, more rooms just overall more accommodating. We didn’t encounter any problems or issues that made us uncomfortable. The A/C worked surprisingly well. Our stay was during the hottest time record high of 120 degrees. Darel checked in on us via iMessage often to ensure our stay was going well. All that being said we rate this trip 10/10!!!!

I spent many years travelling to Las Vegas for fun and finally decided to purchase a vacation home in the area. In doing so I gained another perspective of the city which can only be seen away from the bright lights of the famous strip.

Due to this home being my personal vacation home it took a couple of years before I decided to let it be used by others but once I did I never looked back. It is very well equipped as it was originally my vacation home so you should feel like you are in a home away from home.

The house has many lovely features and activities such a heated pool and spa with a tv outside which can be viewed from the pool.

There is a full size pool table and casino table on the first level which can help you get some light hearted practice in before you hit the casinos for real.

The home has a family feel and it well maintained and fully equipped so your all your homes creature comforts are covered.
