The house was perfect for our needs. The pros were that each bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked with more than enough cooking and eating equipment, there was an abundance of towels for the amount of people that stayed there, and communication with the company was good! The cons were one of the beds was not comfortable at all and we had to go out and buy a mattress topper in order to allow my daughter to sleep a little better, and we were not able to adjust the thermostat on our own. In order to adjust the air conditioning we had to message the company to make the necessary adjustment. The thermostat unit itself was locked in a box and we could not access it like we needed to. So there were times where it was cold or hot in the house but we couldn’t adjust the setting without contacting the company. This was the biggest turn off for us in deciding whether or not to rent this house again!

A 7-day getaway from SoCal for a family of 5 adults. The property exceeded expectations; the photos didn’t do it justice to show how beautiful and spacious this large one-story home is. Well-appointed with excellent taste and not over-themed like many are. The kitchen and new appliances were excellent, had I needed to cook! We chose to eat out; every restaurant imaginable was minutes away, even though we were tucked away in a private, quiet, gated community. The management company and owner thought of everything; the attention to detail and extras surpassed other vacation rentals. Furniture was plentiful both inside and poolside, very functional and comfortable. The pool was shielded in privacy by nicely landscaped grassy banks that kept the neighbor’s view out. Although five bedrooms, we only used three; the beds, bedroom sets, and bathrooms were wonderful. All plumbing was perfect throughout, electrical outlets, chargers, and lighting bountiful. Temperatures in the mid-80s, and the AC performed magnificently; in fact, we had to turn it down (up) most of the time because it was too cold. I’m sure it would handle much hotter days, quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very pleased. Although very close to Disney, this was a Universal Studios trip and a nice drive to New Smyrna Beach on Saturday. Everything was convenient. Looking forward to repeating this getaway at this same house down the road. No need to hunt on VBRO again for hours and hours like I did to find this gem.

We had a terrific time at this house! The location was ideal- close to Disney and other attractions, but also tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac that made it feel peaceful and private. We barely saw any neighbors which added to the relaxing vibe.The house was very clean and nicely deorated. The beds were very comfortable and the open floor plan made it feel very spacious. And it was particularly nice to not have any stairs for my parents. And having 2 masters was key! It was also well appointed and came with all the kitchen essentials, newer appliances, and a starter kit with TP, detergent, dish soap, etc. One of the highlights was definitely the private pool and hot tub, which were perfect after long days in the park. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out in the spacious lanai, eat meals and play games or just relax and listen to music. The game room was also a big hit with the family- mostly the kids. It was tons of fun for them and I would say the shuffleboard table was their favorite. The host was very helpful and reponsive.She answered my questions quickly and even gave me some really good advice about the parks, restaurants and nearby stores. We really appreciated the convenience of having many Ubers/Lyfts nearby so we didn't always have to drive. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone who is looking to enjoy the area, but also have a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. We are already looking forward to our next visit:)
