7-bedroom, 5.5 bath home for Disney fans with a private pool and game room located in the exclusive enclave area at Emerald Island Resort. Avoid the traffic on I-4 to Disney World – we are about 15 minutes to Disney property. Dine in the Beauty and The Beast dining room, sleep in the Frozen or Avengers bedroom, play pool or foosball in the Star Wars game room. After taking a swim in the pool, relax in the full-size hot tub with your favorite beverage.

This home is air-conditioned: an A/C unit for downstairs and A/C unit for upstairs. The house is approximately 3200 square feet and sleeps 16. (This maximum number cannot be exceeded. Children of all ages, including babies and toddlers, count towards the 16-person limit.) Contactless entry with unique code for each guest – no keys to pick up or drop off. The first floor has one of the master bedrooms (with full bathroom) as well as a separate half bath for general use.

Large private pool area with screened lanai includes 4 chaise lounges as well as a dining table and chairs. Free secure wired/wireless Internet. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, full size oven, garbage disposal, full size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, regular coffee maker, electric can opener, blender, toaster and dishwasher. Washer/dryer and iron/ironing board for your convenience. 2 baby high-chairs, 3 pack & plays and 1 double stroller for your use at no additional charge.

Five minutes away from the commercial district on Route 192 with many restaurants such as Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Miller's Ale House, Manny's Chophouse, Chuy's, Cracker Barrel, TGI Fridays, as well as Target, Wal-Mart and Publix.

There are 7 bedrooms including 3 king master suites (with attached full bathrooms), two additional king-size bedrooms and two rooms with bunk beds:

Bedroom #1 “Walt Disney”:
First floor master bedroom with Walt Disney theme has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large corner tub, walk-in shower, and separate room for the toilet. Sliding glass door access to the lanai.

Bedroom #2 “ Mary Poppins”
Second floor master bedroom at front of the house with Mary Poppins theme includes a king-sized bed, and a large full bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Bedroom #3 “Theme Park”
Additional second floor master bedroom at rear of house with Disney World theme park theme includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Bedroom #4 “Peter Pan”
Peter Pan theme bedroom with a king-sized bed, connected to a full Mickey Mouse themed bathroom shared with Bedroom #5. The Mickey Mouse bathroom is a full bathroom with tub and shower.

Bedroom #5 “Winnie the Pooh”
Winne the Pooh and friends themed bedroom with a king-sized bed, connected to the full Mickey Mouse themed bathroom described above.

Bedroom #6 “Marvel”
Two sets of bunk beds (each with a twin-sized bed) sleeps 4 people in this Marvel-theme bedroom that connects to a Toy Story “Jack and Jill” bathroom that contains a full sized tub, shower, and toilet in one room and a vanity, sink and mirror in the other.

Bedroom #7 “Frozen
Our Frozen-themed bedroom connects to the Toy Story bathroom described above. It contains a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and twin size mattress on the top bunk.

Each of the bedrooms, except the Marvel bedroom (Bedroom #6), have televisions. A large screen television is in the downstairs family room with Roku and an additional TV is in the game room. You may bring your favorite streaming device and connect to the family room TV.

Bedding, towels and beach towels are provided. We also include a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dishwasher detergent, trash bags, soap and shampoo.

Non-smoking home. No pets or parties are allowed. Renter must be 25+

During the winter months, pool heat can be requested at a fee of $30 per night. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, with a child safety fence on the lanai to separate the pool area from the eating area.

Emerald Island Resort charges a $20 fee per vehicle staying on the property. You will pay that directly to the resort.

We will send you an electronic version of our rental agreement prior to your stay, for your signature.
