Stunning newer construction modern waterfront home. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Beautiful tile throughout the house! You won't want to miss the breath-taking sunrises and sunsets while relaxing in the screened pool on the sun shelf loungers you won't find anywhere else!
Very quiet neighborhood that is perfect for an evening stroll or taking the cruiser bikes for a spin.
Closest beach is 10 minutes, and a family water park and Publix grocery store is 4 minutes away, or a 3 enjoy a 3-hour boat ride to Key West. Also within minutes from shopping, dining, golf courses and local breweries.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful! The pool was perfect, even though the weather wasn’t super warm the pool was warm enough to be in it. Everything was very clean as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The check-in was easy. The hosts were very responsive with communicating. We had flight delays due to weather and the hosts were very flexible and understanding with us. My family enjoyed the pool and lanai. The house is clean, spacious, and exactly what I expected. There were pool toys and even items that could be used for the beach, including coolers. It’s nice to have these items available when you’re traveling out of state. Neighborhood was quiet. We’d stay here again!

Amazing property

From the minute you walk into the house you feel at home. House is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. We stayed for 6 weeks and hated to leave. The patio overlooks the canal and there are turtles, iguanas and lots of birds. The pool is fantastic and having a bathroom right off the pool is a bonus. Erin was fantastic to work with and anything we needed she was so accommodating.

Cheri was an amazing guest to host. No problems whatsoever, communication was fantastic, and they took care of the house as of it were their own! Would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to have them back soon.

Disappointed that arcade didn't work and pool floats all had leaks in them.

Was a beautiful home. Wouldn't rent again due to no sun on pool. I love to lay in sun in pool. Erin was very helpful.

We fell in love with Cape Coral during a family vacation. We love the small town feel and how close you are to everything. We bought this home to escape the cold winter snow. There is also a handful of craft breweries and golf courses near by, manatees, over 400 miles of canals for kayaking and deep sea fishing, and not to forget the most important reason......the amazing BEACHES!
